Due to the nature of the coaching and courses, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
You understand that the Ultimate Launch Course is a program where you can elect to either pay the program fee in full or in installments. The program IS NOT a subscription service and therefore cancelations are not warranted.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please share your concerns with us via email at support@thebrandhustler.com and we’ll do our best to make things right. However, a refund will not be offered.
You agree to not dispute any charges at any time. In the event that you inadvertently dispute a charge made to your account in connection with a purchase made through this website, you agree to immediately cancel/withdraw such a dispute. You understand that disputing a charge through your financial institution is a violation of this Agreement and you agree to not do so. You are responsible for any fees, including attorneys' fees, associated with recouping payment on disputes and any collection fees associated with such an event. We reserve the right to forward any payment disputes to a collections agency.
Should you choose to terminate the program for any reason, your access will be removed immediately. If you are removed from the program due to forfeited payment or chargeback and chose to rejoin at a later time, your class access will reset and you'd pay full price.
Payment plans are processed on the same day of each month for 3 or 5 months, depending on the installment plan you selected. You will be billed once a month (3 payments total for 3-installments and 5 payments total for 5 installments) on the day of which you first signed up. Example, if you enrolled May 3, 2019, you'll be billed on the 3rd of each month following. If you selected to save by paying in full, you will be charged once.
