Refund Policy

At BOMB CEO, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support and resources to product-based business owners through our subscription-based membership program. Due to the nature of our services, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. If you choose to terminate your membership, your access will be revoked once your current monthly or annual subscription expires. Should you be removed from the community due to forfeited payment or cancellation and decide to rejoin later, your access will reset.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
You can cancel your membership at any time through your dashboard. Please note that there are no refunds for cancellations. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the community until your current monthly or annual subscription period ends.

BILLING CYCLE
BOMB CEO operates on a month-to-month billing cycle. As long as you are enrolled, you will be billed once a month on the same date you initially signed up. For example, if you enrolled on May 3, 2019, you will be billed on the 3rd of each subsequent month. If you chose to enroll annually, you will be charged on the same day each year.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are automatically processed using the card on file. To update your payment method, log in to your dashboard, navigate to the billing section, and update your billing address and card information. If you need assistance, please contact our support team at support@thebrandhustler.com.
